A floral arrangement featuring flowers in strong reds and pink, along with foliage and seedheads

Get in touch

To request a quote for your wedding or event flowers, just send me an email – the date, location/s and rough size are useful to include at this stage. Read ‘What happens next?’ below for a quick overview of what to expect when you request a quote.

When you contact me, I’ll only use your email address and details to communicate with you directly, provide a quote if requested, and to undertake any floral services we agree – I won’t add you to any mailing list, nor pass your details on to others.

What happens next?

1. First meeting

If I’m available for your requested date/location, we’ll arrange a time for a relaxed conversation, be it over the phone, email or a face-to-face via video call. We’ll chat about your wedding or event and see if we’re a good fit! We can get a feel for what you as a couple like, and build an idea of your needs, style and preferences. It’s OK if you’re not sure what you want or feel you have no idea about flowers, that’s why I’m here. It’s equally OK if you’ve a pile of images that inspire you.

2. Initial quote

Following this first catch-up, I’ll create a quote based on what we discussed. I'll send this to you by email, along with my full terms and conditions. The quote remains current for three weeks.

3. Securing your booking

If you feel the quote reflects what you envisage for your wedding or event, you understand all terms and conditions, and you’d like to go ahead with the quote, a non-refundable 25% deposit secures your booking.

4. Fine-tuning the details

After your deposit is received, we chat again via phone or email to make any tweaks, answer any new questions we have for each other and refine details. A final quote reflecting any of this fine-tuning is created for you to sign-off.

5. Final payment

Three weeks before your wedding or event, the remaining balance is due.
